Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Time

  • Inside City: 1–3 business days

  • Outside City: 3–7 business days
    (Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service.)

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on product weight and delivery location.

  • Any additional courier or remote area charges must be paid by the customer.

Cash on Delivery (If Available)

  • Cash on Delivery is available for selected locations only.

  • Orders may be canceled if delivery attempts fail.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched.

  • Customers are responsible for tracking their shipment and receiving the delivery on time.

Delivery Responsibility

  • Please ensure the delivery address and contact number are correct.

  • YOUSUB MOTO CARE is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, natural events, or incorrect address information.

Damaged or Missing Items

  • If the package appears damaged, please check before accepting delivery.

  • Any damaged or missing item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Undelivered / Returned Packages

  • If a package is returned due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, re-shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
